How is my artwork packaged for shipping?
Each painting and print is meticulously hand-wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, followed by a layer of heavy-duty bubble wrap, and secured within a custom-fit, double-walled corrugated cardboard box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Julie Dumbarton’s artwork worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions of the piece.
Are the paintings ready to hang upon arrival?
All original oil paintings on canvas are stretched and finished with hanging hardware installed. Fine art prints are sold unframed and rolled in a protective tube unless a framing option is specifically selected.
What is your return policy for original art?
We want you to love your new artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the piece within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Can I request a custom commission piece?
Julie occasionally accepts commissions depending on her current studio schedule. Please contact us via the contact form with your preferred dimensions and color palette to discuss a bespoke creation for your home.
How do I care for my oil painting?
To preserve the vibrant colors, avoid hanging your painting in direct sunlight or areas of high humidity. Dust lightly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth; never use water or chemical cleaners on the canvas.
